Investment Focus


Our investment focus is in housing estates, apartment houses and mixed-use buildings with a commercial share of max 25% of the annual net rental income.
We target particularly properties in cities with over 50,000 residents, primarily in the metropolitan areas of western Germany.

The ideal single transaction volume is between 2m and 20m euros. Portfoliotransactions can go beyond this volume.
